If you’re looking for deeper connection with yourself and a way to move past the obstacles holding you back, you’re in the right place. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when doubt, fear, or self-criticism get in the way. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression during a life transition, or you’re looking to show up more authentically in your relationships, I’m here to support you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and break free from the patterns that no longer serve you.

I use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based techniques and psychodynamic therapy to help you move through feelings of being “stuck.” My approach is all about guiding you toward your most authentic self—what we sometimes call the “Self” (with a capital “S”).

Therapy is a space for self-discovery, growth, and healing. As we work together, you’ll learn to be kinder to yourself, which can transform your relationships, your confidence and the way you experience life. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more present, intentional and empowered in your journey.
